In 1992, the firm started the merchant banking advisory services division and Mr. Modi was heading merchant banking division from 1992-97.
In 1997, Mr. Modi started with print publication business and launched the first magazine with the name of Gifts & Accessories. Subsequently, he ventured into the software business. And he founded Jupiter Infomedia Limited in 2005. Since then there has been no looking back.
